Shaft Replacements: If your shaft breaks please let us know that you need a replacement, then send it and the spindle back to us and Ed will make a new shaft for the spindle. $10 will include replacement plus S&H.

Ed makes each shaft specifically for the individual spindle. One shaft does not fit all! They may seem interchangeable, and the difference may be minute, but the spindle may not be as balanced as possible.
